Juliet Warner – Managing Director

Juliet is a founding director of Source and has worked in health economics consultancy since 1999. Prior to Source, she led a health economics team in a senior director role. She was also a visiting lecturer at City St George’s, University of London, delivering workshops in economic evaluation from 2006 to 2020.

Juliet leads business development, commercial performance, and people leadership at Source.

David Trueman – Senior Vice President

David is a founding director of Source and has worked as a health economist since 2009. Prior to Source, he held senior consulting and leadership roles in several other health economics consultancies, specialising in technical modelling and statistical analysis for HTA submissions across Europe.

David remains actively involved in project work, providing strategic and technical leadership.

Alec Miners – Vice President, Health Economics

Alec joined Source in 2022 after over 20 years as a health economist at NICE and in academia. He was also a member of one of NICE’s Technology Appraisal Committees for around 8 years and worked within NICE’s Decision Support Unit.

Alec leads a team of over 20 health economists with extensive disease area experience across all aspects of cost-effectiveness modelling, from conceptualisation through to HTA-ready models. The team includes economists who have previously worked at or in collaboration with NICE.

Deb Burford – Vice President, Medical Writing

Deb joined the Source team in 2019. She has over 15 years’ consultancy experience in market access writing – producing value communication and HTA materials. Her previous writing experience also includes developing patient and GP-facing materials for the NHS.

Deb leads a team of ten medical writers trained in value communication and all aspects of HTA writing and delivery. The team includes writing leads with prior experience in external assessment groups.

Jo Wallis – Vice President, Commercial Pricing & Strategy

Jo is a senior commercialisation and market access specialist with over 25 years’ experience in commercialisation and pricing strategy, HTA, reimbursement pathways and launch preparation across pharma and biotech.

Jo’s commercial pricing and strategy team supports sustainable access to new therapies by aligning scientific evidence, payer expectations, and commercial objectives across global, EU, and UK Markets.

Neil Webb – Vice President, Systematic Review & Evidence Synthesis

Neil joined Source in 2018, following 6 years in a senior consulting role where he led an SLR and NMA centre of excellence. He has extensive experience delivering standalone and HTA-compliant SLRs across a wide range of disease areas.

Neil’s systematic review and evidence synthesis team comprises over 20 analysts and statisticians, who deliver targeted and systematic literature reviews alongside statistical analyses, producing clear, accessible, and decision-ready outputs.
